School Psychologist (2023-2024 Academic year)
Coe-Brown Northwood Academy is seeking a school psychologist with a strong behavioral therapy background.
The School Psychologist is directly responsible for the psychological assessment of academic, social, emotional, and behavioral domains utilizing problem-solving and standardized evaluations. This employee assesses students, consults with teachers, administrators, and parents, and provides counseling and psychological services for students individually and in groups in accordance to the National Association of School Psychologist (NASP) standards. The School Psychologist has a primary objective to apply scientific principles of learning and behavior to address students’ school-related challenges and to facilitate the learning and social-emotional development of students. The psychologist will be expected to provide counseling and psychological services to students as well as be a resource to our school staff.
